All sales are FINAL for all Load to Phone products where minutes are loaded directly to the phone. Once order is processed and minutes are successfully loaded, we can no longer remove nor transfer the minutes to another phone, therefore we cannot issue any refund under any circumstance. You are solely responsible for purchasing the appropriate plan refill for your phone and for providing us the correct phone number in the order.
A purchase for a refill PIN may be eligible for refund if PIN is verified with the network provider as invalid and unusable upon issuance. If you are having trouble loading or activating your refill PIN, please contact us for assistance.
